Job Brief:

TRBITIX seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Nagarbhavi Bangalore. As the face of our business development team you will focus on expanding our presence in the assigned region. Your role will involve creating strategic alliances with partners Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates bringing in new leads and maintaining longterm relationships with existing partners.

You will join a team of passionate professionals committed to expanding our business in the Indian market. You will play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with clients IBs affiliates and other partners ultimately promoting the TRBITIX brand enhancing client experiences and increasing conversion and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of partners by acquiring new ones and growing existing relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed team KPI targets and business objectives.
  • Support new and existing clients via email phone or chat.
  • Negotiate partnership terms based on existing rebate structures.
  • Generate ideas to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Identify business opportunities potential clients and VIP customers and negotiate to create profitable accounts within the FX industry.
  • Travel to conferences or business meetings as required.
  • Assist with onboarding clients IBs and other partners addressing their queries and concerns through various communication channels.


Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 23 years of experience in account management business development or sales within the Forex/Capital Markets or CFD space.
  • Practical knowledge or interest in foreign exchange derivatives trading investing or financial markets.
  • Ability to identify and drive new initiatives or markets that will grow the brand and generate revenue.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth.
  • Strong experience in leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI).
  • Strong business acumen project management abilities and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business expansion plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including facilitating group presentations.
  • Ability to work independently expand and generate business.
  • Ability to work under pressure adapt to changes and face constant challenges.
