Job Description

  • Lead Salary Benchmark projects in dedicated markets. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our Total Rewards offerings remain competitive and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of the HRIS Compensation module in EMEA, ensuring seamless functionality across all EMEA countries.
  • Establish and monitor HR KPI‘s, HR reporting and support annual budget process of HR costs
  • Align Camfil approach to the EU pay transparency directive and ensure EMEA countries comply with legal requirements
  • Review and harmonize the benefits offering (car policies, meal vouchers, insurance, etc.) in EMEA countries
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication of total rewards policies across the EMEA organization. Ensure fair and consistent adherence to the policies and procedures.
