Role Description:

We require skilled Maintenance Technicians at our Winchester KY facility that possesses a strong skillset in hydraulics and robotics experience. We have openings for 12hour shifts on a 2/2/3 schedule working 7pm7am.

These positions reports directly to our Maintenance Manager along with a shift lead technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair various machinery equipment and facility structures to support smooth operations and production processes.
• Perform troubleshooting on large hydraulic pumps valves and motors (up to 1000 hp). Addressing electrical ranges from 115V480V air compressors and molding machine components.
• Assist the production department with processing highquality parts in an injection molding setting utilizing knowledge of machine controls HMI interfaces fanuc robot teach pendants and injection molding processes.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment following established schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
• Work on diverse equipment including electric drive motors hydraulic systems VFD controls pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders and safety systems to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support for injection molding machines auxiliary components chillers water systems nitrogen systems and safety controls.
• Provide leadership and training to technical associates within the facility when necessary.
• Assist the department in developing improvement projects in support of a more predictive and preventative maintenance team.
• Perform welding fabrication and design tasks as required to address root cause failures and reduce downtime to acceptable levels.
• Demonstrate familiarity with the function of hydraulic injection molding machines from OEM vendors such as Engel Kraus Mafia Milacron Arburg and Fanuc robots..
• Possess strong teamwork and selfmotivation skills with the ability to be productive both independently and in a team setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 35 years of experience in plastic injection molding and or hydraulics in a manufacturing setting as a maintenance technician preferred.
• Preferred maintenance background to include hydraulics electronics pneumatics machining welding electrical and print reading with service history. Emphasis on hydraulics hydraulic controls components and electronic devices to support injection molding machines.
• Knowledgeable with the use of computers (MS Office Suite) CMMS Software 5S and Lean methodology preferred.
• High School Diploma Required. (Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or related field preferred.)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to work 12hour shift on a 2/2/3 schedule from 7pm7am.
