Location: Reston VA (Hybrid). Work from office two days per week.

Responsibilities:
Implement best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Financials processes (OTC PTP & RTR) driving innovation and efficiency.
Conduct fitgap analysis develop solutions and draft detailed functional specifications for various projects.
Lead all phases of system development ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to surpass customer expectations and maintain compliance with Information Security and SOX standards.
Provide troubleshooting expertise resolve software issues and promote automation for process optimization.
Develop thorough test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements.
Deliver highquality presentations addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions.

What You Bring:
Over 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.9) web applications services and interfaces across the financials functional area. Leadership experience in successful project delivery is a plus
Recent handson experience with Oracle EBS Functional tasks including configuration and implementation. Experience with SaaS solutions integrated with Oracle EBS.
Strong skills in capturing requirements producing detailed specifications test strategies and project plans
Experience with SarbanesOxley processes and controls is preferred.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting Computer Science Engineering or a related field is required.
