Our client is an innovative Technology Consulting Firm looking for a Data Analyst SQL for a hybrid role in Irvine Ca.
ROLE
We are seeking an SSRS Developer / Data Analyst where youll play a critical role in collaborating with clients on multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include understanding and translating report and form requirements into visually appealing datarich solutions. You will document specifications track development progress and ensure data accuracy and reliability. Additionally youll troubleshoot and resolve issues related to forms and reports while providing enhancement support. This role requires close collaboration with internal team members and client subject matter experts across various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills be adept at balancing multiple project priorities and thrive in a virtual work environment delivering highquality work consistently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- SSRS Development: Utilize your expertise to design develop and maintain SSRS Reports and Forms that meet client business needs ensuring clarity accuracy and visual appeal.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate those needs into actionable solutions.
- Data Integration: Collect and integrate data from diverse sources including databases spreadsheets and other repositories.
- Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy consistency and completeness in all reports and forms.
- Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize existing reports for enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of report design development processes and technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to resolve issues in forms and reports.
- User Support: Offer guidance and support to team members and clients on developed forms and reports.
- Continuous Learning: Keep uptodate with the latest SSRS and MS SQL features and best practices in report development.
Project Administration & Communication:
- Task Management: Monitor and update project tasks action items checklists and ticket trackers regularly.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and consistent documentation and file management practices.
- Client and Vendor Interaction: Respond promptly to client and vendor requests documenting interactions effectively.
- Progress Tracking: Follow up on open tasks and activities ensuring timely completion and updating stakeholders on progress.
- Communication: Clearly communicate status updates issue resolutions and deliverable statuses to the project team clients and vendors.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead meetings with the project team clients and vendors as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
- SSRS Expertise: Proven experience in SSRS Reports and Forms Development is essential.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong skills in MS SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing highquality forms and reports.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Location: Must be able to commute to Irvine CA as needed.
