Business Intelligence Manager - Golf Saudi

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers.
  
  • Develop and implement BI strategies and solutions aligned with the companys strategic goals.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to translate into BI solutions.
  • Design and maintain data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other datarelated problems.
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
  • Develop and update technical documentation.
  • Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate BI into business processes.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  
  • Proven experience (8 years) as a Business Intelligence Manager or similar role.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL etc.) programming (XML Javascript or ETL frameworks) and data visualization (such as Power BI Tableau).
  
  • Indepth understanding of database management systems online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract transform load) framework.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving aptitude and creative thinking.
