Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers.
- Develop and implement BI strategies and solutions aligned with the companys strategic goals.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to translate into BI solutions.
- Design and maintain data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other datarelated problems.
- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
- Develop and update technical documentation.
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards.
- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate BI into business processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience (8 years) as a Business Intelligence Manager or similar role.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL etc.) programming (XML Javascript or ETL frameworks) and data visualization (such as Power BI Tableau).
- Indepth understanding of database management systems online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract transform load) framework.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving aptitude and creative thinking.
