Job Description
- Clinical and Provider Product Manager experience with 12 years of US Healthcare experience
- Product manager experience with 10 years of US Healthcare Provider Portal experience
- Participate in product testing usability and clinical validation activities. Develop and review clinical documents for enduser
- Provide provider and clinical insights for risk management and support for complaints and escalation requiring provider and clinical experience
- Preference for experience with provider portals (like Availity) provider CRMs and/or provider insights platforms
- Solid understanding of the Provider domain: latest trends technologies priority clinical and provider areas and challenges.
- Health Edge experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare Payer domain and workflows compliance and regulatory requirements (Prior Authorizations Claims Clinical Data exchange etc.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
