Job Purpose :
Key support to the UK Brand & Communications team.
Video support for all requirements supporting the UK Territory Events and Marketing & Communications teams.
Responsibilities :
- Report to and work with the Manager on daytoday operations of the video vertical.
- Manage and oversee video preproduction planning and onsite production activities for video projects when needed.
- Oversee and lead members of the video team on projects encouraging collaboration and to bring out the best in the designers.
- Build a productive and working relationship with other teams within the business locally.
- Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from primary UK Brand & Communications clients.
- Identify best practices for video production and evolve daily operations as necessary
- Collaborate with other designers in the team and contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience.
- Deliver high quality product ensuring all projects are on schedule following the group guidelines.
- Nurture and supervise junior designers and help them grow.
- Stay uptodate with latest trends and industry developments and tools for video production.
- Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained.
Candidates Profile :
- High level of competency with the following:
Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Illustrator. - Ability to operate studio equipment and post production will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in a video & graphic production environment in a respected brand organisation or studio.
- Excellent organization planning and communication skills with exposure to Sr. Management.
- Strong attention to detail and someone who has ingrained the habit of reviewing their own work as part of the quality control process.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people including Sr. Management.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing client needs
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative video concepts that align with the companys brand and marketing goals.
- Ability to work nights weekends and potentially holidays as required.
