SCADA Engineer Control Systems Engineer

Job Description:

Must have:

• Certifications: Emerson Ovation (Ov230 minimum Ov400 preferred) Allen Bradley PLC FactoryTalk View SE/ME. Additional certifications like CCNA and VMware are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with Emerson Ovation Allen Bradley logic and programming. Proficiency in TCP/IP networking and operating environments like Windows and VMware.
• Electrical Skills: Experience with installing and terminating electrical connections up to 120v AC/DC and ability to create and read logic and flow diagrams.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Expertise in performing corrective actions troubleshooting repairing and configuring OT system assets including preventive maintenance.
• OnCall Availability: Willingness to be on call to support operational needs.

Additional Experience:

• System Management: Responsible for Ovation/PLC data management and system maintenance.
• Technology Planning: Participate in operations technology planning hardware/software infrastructure and technical research to drive innovation.
• Network & Infrastructure: Design install and maintain network and communications infrastructure; support IT equipment management.
• Vendor Coordination: Troubleshoot new equipment and work with vendors to understand functionality and maintenance.
• Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong working relationships with team members and other units.

• Bachelors degree in electrical Computer Engineering or related discipline.
