Seeking a skilled and detailoriented Siding Estimator to join a dynamic team. The Siding Estimator will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project requirements and providing cost estimates for siding installations. The role is essential in ensuring that projects are financially viable competitively priced and meet highquality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers contractors and clients to understand project goals timelines and budget constraints.
  
• Utilize architectural drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
  
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for siding installations.
  
• Evaluate and select appropriate siding materials based on project specifications and budgetary constraints.
  
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends siding products and installation techniques.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
  
• Address client inquiries clarify project details and provide recommendations as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and company policies.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Siding Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of siding materials installation methods and industry standards.
  
• Proficiency in reading plans and technical documents.
  
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Proficient in computer applications such as estimating software spreadsheets and project management tools.
  

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in siding estimation or a related field.
