Job Description

Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates the daily patient care operations of the unit.
- Analyses workloads and skill requirements to meet patient care needs.
- Be aware of hospital policies about the safe administration of cytotoxic preparations.
- Extensive experience in medical and/or surgical oncology is essential
- He/she will be a key member of the multidisciplinary team
- A management course is desirable.
Requirements
- Enrolled in the General Division of the NMBIs live nurse registry
- A postgraduate in Oncology or Similar
- Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
- Must possess strong communication skills and clinical skills.
- Must be computer literate
- Flexibility and excellent use of initiative
