Role Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional physiotherapy services mentoring junior staff and contributing to the ongoing development of the clinics services. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who is passionate about patient care eager to take on leadership responsibilities and ready to contribute to a forwardthinking practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide highquality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to a diverse patient population.
  
• Develop individualised treatment plans monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of junior physiotherapists providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services including the development of new treatment protocols.
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in line with professional standards and clinic policies.
  
• Participate in regular team meetings case discussions and continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
  

Requirements

• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Essential
  
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physiotherapy.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of postqualification experience with a focus on musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
  
• Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patientcentered approach to care.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest evidencebased practices.
