Director of Software Engineering

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of Managers Software Engineers FPGA specialists and Test Engineers
  
• Ensure timely and highquality releases of projects by masterfully managing the software delivery process delivering reliable solutions.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive the development and implementation of innovative network monitoring solutions including advancements like AI to enhance efficiency and security.
  
• Oversee software development for existing and nextgeneration product releases ensuring our client remains competitive in a fastpaced hightech environment without compromising on quality.
  
• Define software architectures based on product requirements prioritizing user experience to deliver exceptional products that leave a lasting impact on our customers.
  
• Build trust attract top talent and proactively overcome challenges to drive Engineering Projects.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in software engineering project design and development.
  
• 5 years of experience leading manufacturing software engineering teams.
  
• Bachelor s Degree required in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (BSCS BSEE strongly preferred; MSCS/MSEE a plus).
  
• Strong experience in Enterprise Network Management and Network automation.
  
• Experience with networking concepts in data centers understanding and working with various networking technologies and protocols virtual networks (deduplication and Cisco NetFlow is a must).
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C Python Bash or other scripting languages tools and framework in web application development and Data Analytics.
  
• Experience in enterprise software development with a focus on network switches switch dashboards VM servers product security Database schema.
  
• REST Interface API Web server and Mobile APP development.
  
• Experience with software/hardware integration.
  
• Experience in designing and leading scalable and highperformance network monitoring solutions.
