Job Description

This is a remote position.


Job Overview

We re looking for a highly organized & overcommunicative HR Manager in the Philippines who can excel in talent acquisition admin tasks and culturebuilding initiatives. Someone who can find toptier ecommerce talents quickly manage onboarding and contractor records like a pro and bring a little fun into the mix with virtual games meetups and thoughtful gifts on special occasions. The HR Manager/TA Specialist will oversee recruitment employee relations & performance management.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent focusing on finding killer ecommerce talents quickly and efficiently.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings and candidate sourcing to screening interviewing and selection.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placement of candidates while building and maintaining a strong employer brand.

  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires with a keen eye on maintaining organized contractor records and files.

  • Manage daytoday HR operations including payroll benefits administration and employee records management ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.

  • Handle employee relations issues providing guidance and support to employees and managers and leading performance management processes such as appraisals goal setting and career development planning.

  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment including organizing virtual games meetups and other cultural activities like; sending cakes on contractor birthdays.

  • Identify training and development needs and create programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.



HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives providing HR insights and recommendations to support organizational growth and development.

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make informed decisions ensuring compliance with all local labor laws regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition preferably in a fastpaced environment.

  • Indepth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in the Philippines.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and recruitment tools.

  • Certification in HR (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is a plus.

  • Experience hiring Amazon FBA / Ecommerce talent is highly desirable.
