Serve as a link between the clinic setting and the community to facilitate access to services and improve the quality and cultural competence of services delivery. Assist by increasing health knowledge of patients and communities through a broad range of activities such as transportation to health visits outreach community education informal counseling social support and advocacy.
Requirements
Requires both a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Oregon Divers License with a clean driving history. Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) preferred and or 2 years verifiable health care experience. Will need to submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Will also be subject to a preemployment alcohol and drug screening. Must also be insurable through the tribes insurance program in order to operate Tribal or GSA vehicles.
