Front Desk Officer

Responsibilities:

• Welcome students faculty and visitors with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a wellorganized and inviting front desk area.
• Provide information and assistance to students and visitors.
• Direct inquiries to the relevant college departments.
• Assist with general inquiries related to college programs and services.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Communicate effectively with diverse individuals creating a positive experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with college standards.
• Uphold a positive image of the college through personal presentation.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with various college departments for efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Minimum Graduation or equivalent.
• Must present a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
• Ability to handle student and visitor inquiries with patience and enthusiasm.
