Create details of standard operating procedures.
Accountable for delivery of all HR integrity audits/metrics weekly biweekly monthly quarterly and/or annually.
Distributes data integrity defects to HR Community for resolution.
Delivers a range of analysis activities data extraction and recommendations.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR Operations team and HR Community group to develop solutions programs and policies.
Creates persuasive presentations that tell a story using visual representations of data through graphs charts and models.
Assists in HR projects that require the analysis of data and metrics and other assignments.
Routinely assists with audit observations.
Provides backup support to Reporting Analyst and Business Object reporting tool as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any related field.
13 years of experience in the same position.
Excellent English level is a MUST.
