Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the representation of the Business Owner and the Voice of the Customer.
- Derive from user stories based on one or a combination of indepth research methods such as customerdriven datadriven technologydriven marketdriven and businessdriven and express and process them into:
- Product Vision
- Product Roadmap (including Milestones MVP OKR)
- Product Backlog (based on adaptive business priorities)
- Be part of the Agile/Scrum Team responsible for:
- Acting as a translator between the Business Owner and the Development Team.
- Collaborating with the Development Team to determine a realistic Sprint Backlog and Sprint Goal that still meets business needs based on the Product Backlog Dev Team Capacity Definition of Done and retrospective commitments.
- Being available as needed by the Development Team to clarify business requirements during the Sprint cycle.
- Ensuring accountability for the Development Teams work according to the current business needs.
- Conducting Backlog Grooming/Refinement when necessary.Proactively report the visualized progress of product development to the Business Owner and Customer on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management/Project Management in a Multifinance or Banking company.
- Worked in the same company for at least 3 years.
- Experience handling treasury finance or accounting modules within the companys core system (Funding Management System).
- Experience handling accounting system applications or finance that manage bank loans or secure loan funds from banks such as term loans short loans and invoice payments.
- Able to communicate clearly effectively and to the point both verbally and in writing.
- Able to build good relationships with Customers and the Development Team.
- Strong ownership towards the company and products.
- Understanding of Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework.
- Able to solve complex problems and identify use cases/solutions.
- Able to prioritize effectively.
- Able to create conceptual designs (at least at a highlevel).
- Able to build Product Knowledge that is easily understood by Customers and the Development Team.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficient in using product management tools like JIRA.
- Proficient in using analytic tools to aid decisionmaking.
- Possess professional certification in Product Management.
