What the role entails

• Develop and maintain shaders and other programmed graphical effects
• Develop and maintain software package that assists with integrating these effects into webbased games
• Create and maintain documentation about software that was developed
• Assist with optimization improvements to rendering system
• Optimize performance of graphical solutions
• Assist and tutor game developers in integrating said solutions

What we ask of you

• At least 3 years of experience with graphics programming
• Working knowledge of WebGL and GLSL
• Understanding of game optimization techniques
• Proficiency in Typescript
• Solid English language skills

Preferences

• Experience with game development
• Understanding of the PixiJS rendering system and how it ties into WebGL
• Ability to selforganize
• Previous work on an API or software package (esp. Node packages)
• Good eye for optimization possibilities
• Experience with optimizing for lowend hardware
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• WebGPU knowledge
• Creativity and good eye for aesthetics
