Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our advanced manufacturing equipment including CNC mills lathes multiaxis machines and various plant equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and maintaining optimal performance across all machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Install maintain and repair a diverse range of plant equipment including CNC mills lathes and multiaxis machine tools.
• Inspection & Diagnosis: Conduct regular visual inspections and scheduled testing of machines to identify potential issues diagnose problems and determine the scope of repairs.
• Repairs & Service: Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Tool Use: Utilize various power and hand tools effectively for maintenance tasks.
• Workplace Cleanliness: Ensure machinery and adjacent work areas are clean and organized following a scheduled inspection service and testing routine.
• Coolant & Chip Management: Remove and replenish coolants manage the segregation and disposal of chips and turnings in designated areas.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficiency and functionality of all equipment.
• Additional Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the maintenance department.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years of experience in mechanical electrical and manufacturing equipment maintenance with a strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently.
• Personal Attributes: Detailoriented dependable and trustworthy with strong organizational skills.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and perform well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
