Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementation Consultant to join our client’s team a healthcare technology company. The client has recently implemented the Workday HR and Finance modules and is looking for a skilled professional to evaluate the implementation's effectiveness and enhance operational efficiencies.

Job Description:
The Workday Implementation Consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Workday HR and Finance modules to ensure they have been implemented correctly and are being fully utilized. The consultant will collaborate with company leadership to understand business objectives identify opportunities for optimization and implement improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday across the organization.

This is a remote contract position. Duration is TBD and will be based on the recommendation of the consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current implementation of Workday HR and Finance modules.
• Identify areas where the implementation may be lacking or where improvements can be made.
• Provide actionable recommendations on how to better utilize Workday to meet organizational goals.
• Communicate with leadership to discuss the project’s objectives and the necessity of the assessment.
• Prepare and present a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Proven experience with Workday particularly in the HR and Finance modules.
• Strong background in Workday implementation and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience working with leadership to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear and concise recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
