Job Description
Blockless is building the first compute network powered by everyday devices. Were looking for a Community Manager to help us grow and engage our community of users and developers who power our network.
Tasks
- Formulate and implement strategies for community growth and engagement working closely with the marketing and product teams.
- Create engaging content and memes to educate and entertain the community.
- Detect and communicate significant community feedback and market opportunities to the team.
- Set up and manage Discord channels ensuring proper permissions bots and security protocols are in place.
- Track analyze and report on the communitys dynamics and the success of different campaigns proposing strategies for betterment.
- Organize and execute community events both virtual and physical.
Requirements
- English native speaker
- Experience in marketing and community management within the crypto industry
- Strong written communication skills
- Proven track record in building and engaging online communities
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
