Blockless is building the first compute network powered by everyday devices. Were looking for a Community Manager to help us grow and engage our community of users and developers who power our network.

Tasks

• Formulate and implement strategies for community growth and engagement working closely with the marketing and product teams.
• Create engaging content and memes to educate and entertain the community.
• Detect and communicate significant community feedback and market opportunities to the team.
• Set up and manage Discord channels ensuring proper permissions bots and security protocols are in place.
• Track analyze and report on the communitys dynamics and the success of different campaigns proposing strategies for betterment.
• Organize and execute community events both virtual and physical.

Requirements

• English native speaker
• Experience in marketing and community management within the crypto industry
• Strong written communication skills
• Proven track record in building and engaging online communities
• Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills
