Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Managing payroll and travel reimbursement calculations
- Coordinating with field work force
- Conducting employee induction/orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Updating employees regarding HR policies/ change in HR policies
- Maintaining and updating master database (personal file personal database etc) of each employee.
- Preparing letters such as Offer Letter Appointment Letter Confirmation Letter Experience Letter and Relieving Letter.
- Employee engagement activities.
- Providing Training to new employees

Requirements
Educational qualification & experience:
- Graduate/Post graduate with 38 years of relevant experience as HR generalist in FMCG/Skincare/Beauty/Similar industry
Skill Set:
- HR generalist activities
- Coordination with fieldwork force
- Advanced Excel
