Accounting Executive 12 Months Contract

• Support in full set of Management accounts
  

• Ensure timely processing of invoices payments and receipts Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies
  
• Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records (cashbook checking bank balance)
  

• Drafting of Financial Statements
  
• Assist in audits and tax requirements
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (BNM Reporting)
  

• Reviewing staff claims
  
• Utilize financial software and systems for processing transactions and reporting
  

• Filing and sending out courier
  
• Assisting with any adhoc admin request from the team
  

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues management and external parties.
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  
• Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial information and transactions.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks and reporting.
  

• Proficiency in software such as eFront Dynamo and InvestorVision. Advanced skills in Excel including the use of formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools.
  
• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and Statements
  

• Bachelors Degree (Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field)
  
• Professional Certifications (ACCA/CPA/CFA/CMA or other relevant certifications are an added advantage)
  
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing field
