Role Overview
This is a 12month fixed term with a possibility of conversion to a permanent role that primarily focuses on supporting the Finance team in endtoend finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Support in full set of Management accounts
Accounts Management
- Ensure timely processing of invoices payments and receipts Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records (cashbook checking bank balance)
Compliance and Auditing
- Drafting of Financial Statements
- Assist in audits and tax requirements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (BNM Reporting)
Expense and System Management
- Reviewing staff claims
- Utilize financial software and systems for processing transactions and reporting
Office Management
- Filing and sending out courier
- Assisting with any adhoc admin request from the team

Analytical & Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues management and external parties.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. High ethical standards and integrity in handling financial information and transactions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks and reporting.
Technical Skills (added advantage)
- Proficiency in software such as eFront Dynamo and InvestorVision. Advanced skills in Excel including the use of formulas pivot tables and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and Statements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree (Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field)
- Professional Certifications (ACCA/CPA/CFA/CMA or other relevant certifications are an added advantage)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing field
