Senior Interior Designer Team Lead

• Develop concept & design proposals with input from managers based on clients goals and requirements.
  
• Support and lead the presentation of initial concepts and conduct meetings.
  
• Create a complete set of conceptual drawings in both 2D and 3D including presentation layouts and plans and develop conceptual designs along with a sample material board.
  
• Utilize computer applications such as AutoCAD 3DSmax & Vray and/or Sketchup & Vray Illustrator and/or Photoshop to prepare 2D & 3D documentations.
  
• Estimate completion costs and project requirements during the budgeting phase.
  
• Establish a timeline for completing the interior design project.
  
• Evaluate the completed design to ensure it aligns with the clients goals.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field along with any relevant professional certifications.
  
• A minimum of 8 years of experience as an Interior Designer is required.
  
• A proficient user of AutoCAD Photoshop and Illustrator.
  
• Familiarity with 3Ds Max or SketchUp is an added advantage.
  
• Experience in overseeing projects from concept through to completion is a plus.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
