Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DOCK STOCKER Licensed Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Dock Stocker forklift to move locate relocate stack and count merchandise within the warehouse. We have morning shift starting at 6AM and afternoon shift starting at 2:30PM Monday to Friday.

Duties

Operate a Dock Stocker forklift to move materials within the warehouse

Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment

Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks

Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement

Safely handle products and perform order picking as needed

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements

Skills

Experience and a Licensed Dock Stocker Operating a forklift

Proficiency in order picking and utilizing warehouse management systems

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks

Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification

Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): 3 5 years in a fast paced environment with a proven track record Familiar with WMS systems, and good working knowledge of MS Office (excel) Team oriented individual able to work constructively and cooperatively with team members as well as with other departments Strong attention to detail and quality focused Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to conduct the root cause analysis and proactively analyze findings and identify opportunities for improvement Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment are essential Excellent knowledge of overall warehousing processes Strong computer skills
