Job Description

This is a remote position.

Aquarius Strategies has been retained to find a Strategic Account Executive for a National company that provides access to the nation s elite medical minds for a variety of expert medical services.

This organization is improving the quality and appropriateness of care by ensuring that expert medical advice is at the center of care delivery. Their innovative telehealth platform offers direct access to the nation s elite medical minds. This organization has grown significantly in the worker s compensation/casualty insurance space now working with major carriers TPAs and employers to provide expert medical opinion services for injured workers.

This organization s network of fellowshiptrained medical doctors is invitationonly and providers are carefully selected based on reputation training years of experience involvement in academic research and many other stringent factors. They have a 75% exclusivity with their contracted physicians. Their services are represented across 7 base specialties and subspecialties including Orthopedics Internal Medicine Surgery Psychiatry and Radiology.

The work environment is fastpaced and highly collaborative. Both the team and the company are expected to undergo exponential growth.

This individuals role is to provide support and growth to existing customers and clients while also actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and bringing on new contracts/logos. This individual will perform strategic account management to an assigned portfolio of customers collaborating with other key roles within the team to support growth and drive program structure from existing referralbased customers through the systemic adoption of company products and services.


Requirements

Account Management/Client Success 65% of role

Create and maintain key client relationships developing trust and longterm partnerships

Develop and execute account management strategies to enhance market presence and drive utilization and sales with existing customers

Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of revenue/referral goals

Analyze and improve current business development processes to create a scalable and repeatable sales process among contracted customers

Appropriately leverage subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to supplement the sales process and to foster customer relationships and industry reach

Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and to ensure product adoption/pull through

Frequent travel to visit contracted clients to help drive utilization of EMO services.

Provide professional aftersales support to enhance customer adoption and dedication

Work alongside Operations to ensure successful new client program implementation

New Business Development 35% of role

Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long term partnerships

Coordinate with Marketing and attend conferences/trade shows preparing strategic outcomes for each event

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a lead to securing a contract including presenting products and services to prospective clients negotiating agreements and performing customer implementation activities

Qualifications

Proven experience and track record as Business Developer Account Manager or other sales/customer service role (57 years minimum)

Knowledge of the Workers Compensation/Disability Insurance market strongly preferred

Strong skills in customer success successful implementation and in sales and negotiating principles

Outstanding knowledge of Google Workspace and proficient use of CRM software (eg. Salesforce/Hubspot)

Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Organizational and timemanagement skills

Enthusiastic and passionate with a strong hunter mentality

Selfstarter who can work independently
