Job Description

Paraplanner required. Were looking for someone with a few years paraplanning experience and ideally some progress with the level 4 Diploma. Fantastic working environment hybrid working also available. Salarydepending on experience.

The role

Reporting to the Operations Manager this is a fulltime role with 23 days in the office and the rest of the time at home. Duties will include:

  • Responsible for the preparation of research and suitability reports for the advisers.
  • Responsible for daytoday paraplanning tasks to ensure the timely and accurate completion of reports identifying whats required where client cases have information missing or outstanding actions.
  • Act as a paraplanner mentor for less experienced team members.
  • Assist in identifying areas for planning and sourcing solutions suitable to meet the clients needs and objectives.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
  • Deal with client technical queries.

Essential skills

  • Relevant experience gained in a paraplanning role either with an IFA or restricted adviser.
  • Thrive working as part of a strong team helping colleagues and assisting clients with queries.
  • Possess a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent IT skills including industry systems (knowledge of Intelliflos Intelligent Office backoffice system is desirable but not essential).
  • Motivated with the ability to work in an oftenbusy environment to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to form excellent working relationships with your coworkers.
  • Level 4 diploma in financial planning qualified or progress towards it.
