Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contract Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to manage all contract activities for a major PMCM project.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Effective management and Administration of multiple contracts.
• identification and management of potential claims.
• Payment process including progress payments milestones and invoicing.
• Claims management.
• Change management.
• Purchasing including monitoring of long lead items.
• Assist with all dispute resolution matters.
• Provide regular reports.
• Manage the negotiation and agreement of final accounts.

What Required Skills Youll Bring:

• BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Registered for relevant discipline in Qatar MMUP Engineering Committee.
• 15 years overall post graduate experience with 6 years prime contracts management
• PMCM Experience preferably in the GCC.
• Ability to lead a team of contract engineers and administrators.
• Working knowledge of FIDIC and other international standards pre and post award contract administration.
• Extensive experience with contract administration negotiation high value claims dispute resolution arbitration.
• Ability to work as part of specialist team work with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to perform management capacity.
• Working knowledge of software typically associated with contract administration.
• Experience of administering multiple contracts at any one time.
• Interpreting contracts and dealing with variations conflicts claims disputes and other contractual issues.
