We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. In this part-time role at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to online chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare professionals.
3. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to the online chat platform.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
5. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless online chat experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in online chat support or customer service.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
5. Adaptable and energetic personality.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
