• Must have strong F&Bproduct knowledge for each area
• Provide a warmand friendly welcome, leading guest with a high levelconfidence
• Maintain cleanliness of hostessstation and surrounding areas, as well as allmenus
• Effectively control guest flow in thevenue ensuring maximum turnover
• Exceed guestsatisfaction by knowing preferences and updateprofiles
• Maintain detailed knowledge of therestaurant menu & daily specials at alltimes
• Following up restaurants financial, LQA,TrustYou and Forbes targets on a dailybasis
• Anticipate and service of guests'requirements at all times
• Following up dailyfinancial targets of area/division
• Use openingand closing checklist to ensure smooth opening and closing of thevenue
• Present menus in a proactivemanner
• To feel empowered and accountable withinthe work place
• Keep manager on duty updated ofany guest feedback so they can update the GlitchReport
• Maintains the HACCP & FIFOstandards as required by the regional governingbody
