Starlink Qatar is seeking a motivated and proactive Support Associate to join our team. This is a work-from-home position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resilient and able to handle difficult customers and situations.
- Hardworking and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
