Alright hear us out! turfcoach needs a Team Lead Backend who can handle code like a boss. Youll be leading our tech squad guiding us through the digital maze with finesse and also make sure that our tech goals sync up with the bigpicture vision.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team
• Development and maintenance of backend
• Develop and create systems that are tailored to our products needs
• Ensure code quality and apply best CI/CD practices

Requirements

Our techstack:

• Backend side: Python or Node.js FastAPI Pydantic MongoDB
• Frontend side: React.js Next.js TypeScript
• Infrastructure: Heroku

What you will bring
