Remote Travel Professional

This is a remote position.

As a Vacation Specialist youll be the key contact for your clients handling all their needs for both business and leisure. Your role is about booking and creating exceptional experiences that exceed your clients expectations. Youll have the opportunity to sell a variety of package options tours event tickets and more. No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare plan and execute sales (including but not limited to airline car rental cruises hotels and tickets /events)
  

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  

• Maintain relationships with our partners and vendors
  

• Work well in a group/team setting
  

• Stay up to date on the industry and policies
  

• Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files
  

• Complete the required certification promptly
  

• Complete ongoing training with our company and partners
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
  

• Must be legally eligible to work within the United States
  

• Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access
  

• Laptop or desktop computer (highly recommend however not required) with reliable internet access
