Job Description
- Work with our client s staff in conducting integrity review of firms seeking to do business with the our client.
- Conduct the Integrity Review research against the sources utilized by our client that can identify integrity issues.
- If there is no integrity issue identified results of the Integrity Review along with the scanned copy of the first page of the Integrity Checklist is sent to the requestor for their records. The backup documentation is scanned and filed accordingly.
- If integrity issues (red flags) are identified in any of the sources reviewed the Integrity package with the backup for the negative information is submitted to the Manager of the unit for review. The Manager will then follow the company s procedures for resolution.
- Upon resolution of the integrity issue/red flag the integrity package is returned to the Vendor Integrity Reviewer with a notice sent to the requester and the findings are documented scanned and filed accordingly.
- Organize electronic files and creating record boxes for offsite facility storage.
- Handle paperwork required to send records to offsite facility and maintain record of documents ready for storage.
- Ensure all completed original Vendor Integrity Check (VIC) Packages are scanned filed and archived accordingly.
- Such other related tasks as requested by the Manager.
