What you will be doing:

  • Provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
  • May provide general support for a team or partner with an escrow officer.
  • Primarily focus on residential transactions.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process.
  • Open orders input closing statement information prepare documents for closing and handle the complete disbursement and followup of all escrow transactions.
  • Communicate requirements and other information to clients.
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
  • Follow the functional areas processes and procedures in daily activities troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.

Experience you will need:

  • Open to candidates with less than 2 years of experience in an escrowrelated position.
  • Intermediate levels require a solid understanding of functional tasks.
  • Assistance may be required from more experienced team members depending on task complexity.
  • Work may be reviewed for new or more complex tasks.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
