IT Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting with the IT manager to discuss system needs.
  

• Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
  

• Installing software and networking systems.
  

• Troubleshooting network and software/hardware issues.
  

• Installing highlevel software security systems.
  

• Training staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
  

• Fixing hardware software and networking issues.
  

• Responding to general IT requests.
  

• Ensuring security software is kept up to date
  

• To ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time.
  

• Assist other teams for resolving customer queries and tickets
  

• Remote Installations of software and applications.
  

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
  

• Provide general engineering support to all departments.
  

• Perform all tasks as identified by the department manager.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or a similar field.
  

• 0 to 1 years of experience in the IT/ networking field.
  

• knowledge of computer software/ hardware systems.
  

• Familiarity with general OS systems Enterprise and Office software.
  

• Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
  

• Good communication skills.
  

• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  

• Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
