Area Sales Manager

We are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Full or parttime professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with previous experience in Electronics being an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and peoplehandling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Preferred age below 35 years.
• Must possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage sales activities within a designated area ensuring alignment with company sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share within the area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and insights to senior management.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions support the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute regional promotional campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the sales team within the area fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m.; Saturday halfday 8:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m.
• Work Arrangement: Onsite position.
