With their new base in Brixworth theyre looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join the team. Youll have the chance to work in a vibrant fastpaced environment both onsite at Brixworth and at toptier events across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough using their signature recipe and ensure all food meets high standards for quality taste and presentation.
• Be an integral part of kitchen operations maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and create new menu items and specials.
• Travel to various events and festivals contributing to our dynamic catering service.

What Were Looking For:

• Proficiency in food safety practices (minimum Level 2).
• Ability to hand stretch dough with precision.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced setting with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and stay away for a few nights when required.
