Job Description

We seek a Sales Operations Coordinator who will be at the heart of our sales operations ensuring the team is supported in a fastpaced startup environment. Your role will focus on daily tasks that streamline sales activities emphasizing developing and maintaining efficient processes that can scale as we grow.

Work location hybrid from Spain



Responsibilities:
  • Provide daytoday administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings managing calendars and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Marketing Finance Delivery FinOps) to ensure alignment and support of sales activities.
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and enabling the team to leverage customer information effectively.
  • Assist with the accurate and timely processing of sales orders ensuring a smooth flow from order entry to fulfillment.
  • Ensure all salesrelated documents including proposals contracts and presentations are meticulously prepared and maintained. Doublecheck information for accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage maintain and track seasonal sample requests
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve their issues and concerns

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
  • 2 experience working in an administrative support capacity or other directly related experience
  • Strong ability to develop implement and redefine processes that support scalability and efficiency
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customers
  • A selfstarter and a team player with a positive attitude and resultoriented
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
