It is continuing to develop dynamically and innovatively requiring a lot of different solutions and applications to support our transformation to a marketleading provider of sustainable energy solutions. In this role you will take on responsibility along the entire process from idea to product including requirements gathering demand and tool evaluation as well as the implementation and adoption of new business applications.

What you will do:

• Assess and plan IT demand related to Business Applications balancing demand with available resources and aligning IT capabilities with business goals
• Lead endtoend IT projects develop comprehensive project plans including scope timelines resources and budgets. Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders provide regular updates and manage expectations
• Mentor and guide team members delegate tasks and foster a collaborative environment
• Oversee the technical aspects of business application projects ensuring solutions meet business requirements. Collaborate with developers designers and other IT professionals to design and implement applications
• Maintain quality standards oversee testing procedures and resolve issues

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
• 57 years of proven experience in IT project management specifically in business applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of business application development and implementation
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and IT infrastructure
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Distinguish yourself through your commitment as well as your technical affinity
• High service orientation in combination with a confident and professional appearance towards external and internal customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English
