We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented parttime IT Systems Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in or already studying key IT areas such as identity and access administration device management equipment purchasing and inventory general IT support and softwareasaservice (SaaS) management. You will work alongside our IT System Administrator who will be there to guide and support you.
One Click LCA is a worldleading and rapidly growing lifecycle assessment software for the construction industry. It is used in 170 countries by leading businesses and integrates all leading standards data and design tools globally.
You will join a supportive effective and missionoriented team in a flexible friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.
This parttime (4060% working time) fixedterm position is available for candidates based in European time zones. The exact working hours and contract duration can be agreed upon depending on the preferences & availability.
What you will do:
- Identity and access administration: help manage user accounts ensure appropriate access levels and maintain security protocols.
- Device management: support the deployment monitoring and maintenance of company devices including laptops desktops and mobile devices.
- Onboarding: facilitate the ITrelated aspects of the onboarding process ensuring new employees have the tools and access they need from day one.
- Equipment purchasing and inventory: help procure IT equipment maintain inventory records and ensure that all devices are up to date and accounted for.
- General IT support: provide frontline support to employees troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate problems as necessary.
- SaaS management: help manage SaaS applications ensuring that subscriptions are active users are managed effectively and security protocols are followed.
What you need:
- Currently studying or have a strong interest in ITrelated fields particularly those mentioned above.
- Basic understanding of IT systems hardware and software specifically with Microsoft and Google admin platforms.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English as it is our working language.
It is also nice if you have:
- Experience or coursework in IT support device management or a related field.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloudbased tools.
