As a Junior Customer Service Manager Italy (m/f/d) youll play a key role in representing our brand with enthusiasm and ensuring our Italianspeaking customers receive exceptional support Join us and contribute to creating remarkable customer experiences every day!

• You respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• You assist customers by processing replacement orders issuing refunds and providing general support
• You monitor and review feedback across various channels
• You communicate and coordinate effectively with the warehouse

Your profile

• Ideally you can join us starting in September 2024
• Whether youre just kickstarting your career or have up to two years of experience we look forward to your application
• You can opt for a parttime or fulltime role based on your preference (3040h/ week)
• Youre fluent in Italian and have very good English skills
• You excel in customer service and have a natural talent for engaging with people
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with others are key strengths you bring to the table
• You tackle your tasks with a structured and solutionfocused mindset
• You handle highpressure situations effectively and take responsibility when necessary
• Wed love to see you in our Berlin office but 100% remote work (from Germany) is also an option the choice is yours!
