HM Note: This hybrid role is three (3) days onsite and consultant can work in Toronto or Oshawa. This is not a PM role HM is looking for Sr. Change Management Consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Help and nbsp;leaders and nbsp;and and nbsp;teams and nbsp;enhance and nbsp;their and nbsp;capabilities and nbsp;to and nbsp;understand and nbsp;how and nbsp;change and nbsp;impacts and nbsp;people and nbsp;the and nbsp;reasons and nbsp;why and nbsp;people and nbsp;resist and nbsp;change and nbsp;and and nbsp;how and nbsp;to and nbsp;support and nbsp;people and nbsp;as and nbsp;they and nbsp;transition and nbsp;through and nbsp;change

  • Partner and work collaboratively with key roles such as project managers business analysts process improvement specialists change consultants and leadership to integrate change practices at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and nbsp;and and nbsp;implement and nbsp;change and nbsp;management and nbsp;strategies and nbsp;plans and nbsp;and and nbsp;framework
  • Lead develop implement and/or provide input in the development of communication plans sponsor roadmaps stakeholder assessments training plan and resistance management throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Leads and nbsp;stakeholder and nbsp;management and nbsp;including and nbsp;identification and nbsp;and and nbsp;analysis and nbsp;of and nbsp;key and nbsp;stakeholders and nbsp;and and nbsp;the and nbsp;development and nbsp;of and nbsp;stakeholder and nbsp;engagement and nbsp;strategies
  • Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers smooth the adoption process and contribute to problem solving resulting in successful implementation
  • Ensure and nbsp;that and nbsp;clients/partners and nbsp;and and nbsp;stakeholders and nbsp;are and nbsp;actively and nbsp;engaged and nbsp;in and nbsp;the and nbsp;change and nbsp;consulted and nbsp;with and nbsp;and and nbsp;communicated and nbsp;to

  • Develops an approach to embed/institutionalize the change to sustain the benefits achieved including knowledge transfer performance management continuous improvement and other related practices.
