Description:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness engagement and sales for hair care products.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends preferences and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development marketing and sales to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media print and digital advertising.
- Oversee the development of brand assets including packaging promotional materials and content creation.
- Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and brand growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including retailers influencers and industry professionals.
- Monitor and manage brand performance metrics budgets and timelines to ensure objectives are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing.
- 5 years brand management or marketing experience.
- Experience with consumerfacing or directtoconsumer brands.
