Job Description:

Manage incentive calculations

and payouts per SLA

Understanding how data changes upstream or downstream impact calculation and processes and overall payout SLA.

Responding to customer/partner inquiries in way that is timely empathic and aimed at addressing the root cause so that customers/ partners get more skilled and educated and the inquiry volume may decrease over time

Experience in incentive operations/ financial or accounting programs

46 years' experience for senior level and 23 years for simple tickets in an Operations or Analysis role

Experience with Data Analysis and/or business intelligence tools.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
