Job Description

Main Objective:

Guide the operational direction of construction projects ensuring timely delivery cost efficiency and adherence to global standards.

Character Profile:

A seasoned professional who blends technical acumen with leadership finesse. This individual views challenges as opportunities and drives teams towards solutions. Their extensive experience in managing mega construction projects is complemented by their keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the Middle Eastern market.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Project Oversight:

    • Supervise multiple construction projects ensuring they remain on schedule within budget and uphold quality standards.
    • Troubleshoot project challenges devising effective solutions to maintain momentum.
  2. Team Collaboration:

    • Drive interdepartmental collaboration ensuring seamless communication between design procurement and construction teams.
    • Mentor and guide project managers fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Cultivate relationships with clients ensuring their vision is translated accurately on the ground.
    • Collaborate with regulatory bodies ensuring all projects are compliant with local construction standards and regulations.
  4. Budget Management:

    • Oversee project budgets ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost savings.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to align project strategies with company financial objectives.
  5. Safety & Compliance:

    • Prioritize safety on all construction sites ensuring strict adherence to global safety standards.
    • Regularly review and refine safety protocols ensuring a zeroincident work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. A Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  2. 15 years in the construction industry with significant experience in leading largescale projects.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in project management team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  4. Deep knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.
