International Liaison Officer

Our prestigious client a renowned event management entity based in Riyadh has embarked on a transformative journey having secured a 5year contract to manage international events for their local clientele. As they bridge the gap between international grandeur and local flair they are actively seeking an International Liaison Officer to facilitate and foster these international collaborations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between international guests participants and the local team.
• Assist with visa applications travel arrangements and accommodations for international attendees.
• Provide cultural insights to both the local team and international stakeholders ensuring mutual understanding and respect.
• Attend planning meetings offering insights into international standards and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communications International Relations or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a liaison or communications role preferably in the events industry.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness skills.
