OTE: $150k (plus super) FullTime

About the Role:

• Consultative Recruitment: Focus on providing tailored recruitment solutions and servicing locum advertisements.
  

• Database Management: Utilize and expand our database to find the best candidates.
  

• Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a strong portfolio of doctors in your specialty.
  

• Negotiation: Handle terms of engagement for locum doctors.
  

• Candidate Retention: Recruit and retain highquality locum doctors.
  

About You:

• SolutionOriented: Proactive in addressing and solving recruitment challenges.
  

• Experienced: Previous experience in medical recruitment is highly desired however Healthcare recruiters encouraged to apply
  

• Sales Proven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Temp Desk Experience: Proven experience managing a temp desk.
  

• Candidate Database Growth: Proven experience growing your candidate temp database
